President and Principal Consultant
Sven Menssen is the founder of MetrixPerformance and serves as its executive leader as well as principal consultant.
He has extensive experience and background in both sales and corporate training. Having served in multiple sales leadership positions throughout his career, including leading successful inside and call-center-based sales teams, he understands what it takes to help organizations ignite their sales efforts and take them to the next level.
Sven holds a Bachelor Degree from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts.
VP of Business Development
Terry Gassaway Jr. serves as the Vice President of Business Development for MetrixPerformance. In addition, he also functions as training consultant for the organization.
He is both an experienced business administrator and sales leader, having consulted for multiple sales and marketing organizations throughout his career.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Concordia University in Business Management.
Senior Training Consultant
Dan Taylor is the Senior Sales Training Consultant for the organization.
He is experienced speaker, author, and coach. Throughout his career, Dan has been a successful business leader and he has extensive experience as a sales trainer for many organizations.
Terry holds a degree from Brigham Young University.
