Phase I:

Sales Boot Camp

The Sales Boot Camp is a foundational training course. It covers the essentials of telephone-based selling in the context of your organization’s unique sales culture and requirements. It consists of two components:

[1] A live, in-class training session, covering some of the following topics:

  • Creating a strong connection, building rapport and trust
  • Personal and company branding
  • Creating urgency and desire in the customer
  • Understanding the customer's needs
  • Call-control techniques
  • Gaining and maintaining customer commitment
  • Presenting needs-based solutions
  • Recognizing buying signals
  • Handling every sales objection
  • etc.

[2] A nesting period, during which…

  • agents are on the phones, putting into practice what
    they’ve learned during the Sales Boot Camp
  • training staff/sales leaders provide real time support
    and coaching under MetrixPerformance guidance

Follow-up:

Sales Workshops

To ensure sales skills are kept alive, we will conduct
additional training workshops on a per-need basis.

Topic examples:
  • Advanced objection handling techniques
  • How to “read” customers and recognize buying signals
  • Creating urgency and desire in the customer
  • How to increase efficiency on the phone
  • How to deal with difficult customers
  • Developing your own brand
  • etc.

organization that can be deployed from your own
Learning Management System (LMS).

Your team members will be able to view the material

Training delivery:

We are flexible when it comes to delivering our training to your organization. Whether we come to you and facilitate live training sessions onsite, or we conduct it virtually via web conferencing, we adapt to your needs.

We provide our training in a flexible way, based on your needs or situational demand! This includes the following methods:

Onsite Instructor-led Training

We generally conduct our training on location in a classroom setting. This preferred method allows us to maximize our ability to provide hands-on instruction, breakout sessions, as well as role plays.

Training via Video Conference

At times, live onsite training is not possible or less feasible. We offer virtual instructor-led training that accommodates your needs while still providing a hands-on and interactive learning experience.

E-Learning Modules

We design customized e-learning content for our clients that is delivered via a Learning Management System (LMS). This type of training can be taken anywhere, any time.

Blended Learning

With “blended learning” we combine the benefits of live instructor-led training with an online component which learners can complete individually on their time.
